\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe VIVA Program is designed for companies<\/strong> because it makes it possible to assess the optimal use of resources<\/strong> and measure improvements over time. It is designed for consumers<\/strong> because it provides a transparent and traceable system<\/strong> for verifying the sustainability of wine and the commitment of producers in both the environmental and socio-economic fields. In fact VIVA is also an innovative label, which makes sustainability data accessible, expressed in four indicators: Air, Water, Vineyard and Territory, validated by a verification body and guaranteed by the Italian Ministry of the Environment and Energy Security.\n\nThe application of the indicators, developed in accordance with the main international standards and norms, and the use of the “Improvement Plans” provided by the Program, enable producers to develop effective strategies for reducing the impacts generated.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

VIVA is also well known internationally, and VIVA companies have advantages in the marketplace that is increasingly focused on the sustainability of companies and products.\n

The VIVA Program has signed a letter of intent with Foreign Trade Association (FTA) about the promotion of VIVA certification in the context of the Sustainable Wine Program in Northern Europe in which the major distribution chains and monopolies in Northern Europe collaborate: Tuko Logistics, Kesko, Systembolaget, Dansk Supermarkt, El Corte Ingles, Aldi Nord, ALKO, Vinmonopolet, REWE, METRO.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Membership in the VIVA Program is recognized as a rewarding criterion by the following monopolies:
ALKO<\/a><\/span> – Finnish Monopoly
VINMONOPOLET<\/span><\/a> – Norwegian monopoly
SYSTEMBOLAGET – Swedish Monopoly. VIVA is recognized to access the “Swedish Sustainable Choice Program”. Only a few standards in the world meet the sustainability parameters required by Systembolaget.<\/em><\/p>\n

In the 2023 \u201cSustainable alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages certification benchmark study\u201d<\/b>, commissioned by \u201cNordic Alcohol Monopolies\u201d to Intertek, VIVA confirmed itself as one of the best sustainability standards in viticulture on the international scene.<\/p>\n
